近年的研究证明,茶叶对心血管病、放射病、慢
性中毒以及癌症等均具有良好的辅助疗效。尽管目
前饮料市场竞争日趋激烈,但是冰茶饮料依然异军
突起,风行欧美日德国,其产销额逐年递增。这股冰
茶热也正逐渐波及我国,但我国冰茶产品由于发展
时间短,产品的质量有待提高。为了适应这一市场
潮流,参照国内外有关资料,介绍一条适合我国中小
型饮料厂生产的罐装冰茶生产工艺。

Recent studies have shown that tea possesses a beneficial auxiliary
therapeutic effect in the treatment of cardiovascular disease,
radiation sickness, chronic poisoning, cancer and other diseases.
Despite current severe competition in the beverage market, iced tea
beverages are rapidly emerging as a force to be reckoned with, gaining
popularity in Europe, America and Japan, with production and sales
volume increasing every year. This rage for iced tea is also sweeping
through China, but, due to the short time of development, product
quality is still in need of improvement. In
order to adapt to changing market
trends, we reviewed materials from domestic and international sources
to introduce an iced tea packaging technique suitable
for production in small-to-
medium sized Chinese beverage plants.
