中密度纤维板

中密度纤维板（简称MDF），是以木质纤维或其他植物纤维为原料，施加脲醛脂，或其它合成树脂在加热加压的条件下压制成的一种板材，密度在450-880kg/ M3 .它具有密度适中，表面坚硬平整光滑，幅面大，内部结构均匀，物理力性能优良等特点。可在表面和侧面进行复杂的机械加工。其光滑、稳定的表面，对于油漆涂饰、薄木或贴面、丝网印刷、模压加工饿 PVC薄膜的热模压都有良好的基材。均匀细密的侧面更使它的机械加工性能大大优于其它人造板，可利用锯切、铣型等方法加工出异性曲面并直接进行饰面装饰。中密度纤维板用途：中密度纤维板广泛应用於家私制造、音箱、强化地板、室内装修用墙板，还可以替胶合板用于车船、飞机等工业与民用建筑装修装饰。

MDF is distinguished by moderate density in the 450-880kg/m³ range, a hard, flat, smooth surface, high scalability, a homogenous internal structure and good physical strength. Its smooth, stable surfaces are amenable to intricate machining as well as painting, veneering, screen printing and lamination with PVC films. The workability of its lateral surfaces far surpasses that of other engineered wood products, permitting machining of sensual curves and decorative effects by saws and routers. Medium Density Fiberboard is used extensively in furniture, for speaker boxes, laminated flooring, interior wall boards and may also be used in place of plywood in motor vehicles, boats, aircraft and for other industrial and civilian purposes.
